Digital Downloads:  All purchased photos are delivered electronically as digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of downloaded photos are final. They are non-exchangeable and non-refundable once downloaded.

Ownership: The photographer retains ownership and copyright of all photos. The client granted personal usage rights only and may not redistribute or resell the photos without prior written consent. 

Quality Disclaimer: The photographer does not guarantee the quality prints or products ordered through third-party vendors or services not endorsed or recommended by the photographer. For best results, it is recommended to order prints and products directly through the photographer.

Archival Policy: The clients is respoonsible for downloading and storing their photos promptly. The photographer may archive the online 30 days after the delivery date. A $20 fee will apply for unarchiving the gallery after this period.
